SENDING THE ORDER
Orders placed on working days are usually shipped the next day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually shipped the next business day.
CAN I ACCOMPANY MY ORDER STATUS?
To follow the status of your shipment, simply follow the instructions provided in the email that is sent after the items have been shipped from our warehouse. HOW CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can change or cancel your order before shipping it. You will receive an email to inform you about the exit of the articles. If the articles do not meet your expectations, you have the possibility to return or exchange them. For more information, please see our return policy.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If the articles do not meet your expectations, you have the possibility to exchange or return your order.
Upon receipt of your order, you have 15 DAYS to return or exchange the items. Items must be returned without any trace of use and under the same conditions of delivery, while retaining the original invoice. If this is not the case, Bô! Slings reserves the right not to accept return.
Goodbye! Slings advises that the items be returned in the original packaging together with the corresponding invoice. In cases of transport damage or other situations, the return must be made in a similar package (size and capacity).

Upon receipt of the return, the articles will be reviewed according to the requirements detailed above and refunded or exchanged.
All refunds are made in the same payment method used in the original purchase and made within a maximum period of 5 business days.
The return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defect or quality problem, in which the cost of return is borne by Bô! Slings.
In case of exchange, the cost of returning the item to our premises will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the return, a new model or size will be sent in the same conditions of delivery used in the original purchase, as requested by the customer, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of proof of defect or quality problem, Bô! Slings agrees to refund the full amount of the order within 10 business days of receipt of the items. Refund is made using the original payment method.
No complaints, exchanges or returns will be accepted if the Bô! Slings are used without being washed.
